Local Flowers
My family has known the local florist for over 50 years. Mr. Burke had been selling floral arrangement from the same location that his father did before he retired. We often wondered if the children would take over the business since it was past the traditional retirement age for Mr. Burke. His daughter, Daisy seemed like the logical one to carry on the family business. She helped her Dad in the shop every chance she got and majored in botany at the university.
