Interested in Flat Fee MLS
In this market, a seller has to protect his or her assets as much as possible when it comes to real estate. Perhaps the only reason in the past that I was interested in a real estate agent to help me sell was because of their marketing ability. However, now with the flat fee mls I think that I can do a majority of the work myself in terms of marketing and hopefully save a lot of money on the sale.
