I Plan to Make an Offer on a Seattle Home Today
I called my real estate agent to tell her that I had chosen one of the seattle houses that we looked at yesterday. I wanted to look at it one more time before writing up the offer. I also asked her where she learned about the idea of adding a clause to the contract allowing me to back out of the deal if I wanted to. She said that she learned this from another real estate expert who has shared information with her over the years.
