After I lost my job almost a year ago I got behind on my mortgage. I did not know what to do and I knew I could not catch up on it. I was about to go ahead and let it go into foreclosure when a good friend told me that I should check into Minneapolis short sales. I went online and found a great website that helped me to decide to do this. I was glad I done this and not have a foreclosure on my credit record.
