Top Belly Fat Loss Tips

I used to blog about stomach fat loss as well as just being fit in general.  In the years I had spent blogging to people all looking to lose weight I came up with several tips that seem to work woners.  Most are food related.  Here is a list of some of my favorite foods that will Help lose Stomach Fat.

Almonds – Almonds, although sort of high in fat, its good fat.  They are high in fiber, and many studies have shown them to suppress the fat producing mechanisms

Blueberries – They have also been shown to stop fat from being stored in the body by possibly blocking free radicals.
