Being humans, we own a unique ability of changing our behavior consciously. Animals behave as they are programmed to behave – they only fulfill their primitive drives. Every human is also an animal, but in the contrary to animals we may perform conscious choices. Therefore we may use various personal development strategies to get what we want and to improve the quality of our existence.
