Is my friend dealing with another cheater?

It’s been two years since my best friend caught her husband cheating with a coworker from the office.  You’d think she would have learned her lesson when it comes to dealing with cheating men, but it looks to me like she’s setting herself up for the same kind of thing.

The guy she is with right now doesn’t seem trustworthy at all.  They’re talking about getting married, but to me it looks as though he’s got his eye on other women 24/7. I could be wrong, but he just strikes me as the type that would not think twice about having an affair and ruining someone’s life.  Time will tell.
