The Cabin in the Woods by Our House

I have been thinking about doing something to get the right kind of person in the cabin that is close to our house if I buy it, but I am not sure what to do. I just know that I want to buy it and fix it up to sell or rent to someone who wants a nice place to keep it up. That is why I want to make sure to do that. I think if it fix up the outside, and find some nice Cabin Furniture, there has to be someone that would be willing to come live there.
