Knives on a Budget
I’m not one to cut corners when it comes to cooking in my kitchen. I need to have good equipment on hand in order to cook with a light heart. First on my list of priorities is finding out what are the best kitchen knives for my budget. My budget is kind of small, but I don’t want to buy something cheap that I’ll have to replace within 2 weeks of frequent use. I’ve actually been advised that I should aim to get one good knife which can make a big difference when it comes to food preparation. I guess they’re right, I can’t imagine what I’d do with a boning knife.
