Is the Superyard XT Play Yard Easy to Set Up?

I love the idea of a large play yard that I can use either indoors or outdoors to keep the kids from running all over the place when I can’t chase them. A friend of mine said she had heard that the Superyard XT Play Yard was a good option. Can anyone tell me whether or not this is easy to set up? We don’t really have the space to want to leave it set up all the time, so I need something that is easy to put up and take down just when we want to use it. It would be nice to take it when we go to visit my in-laws as well.
