Don’t Forget the Serving Spoons

If you’re going to invest in a set of fine stainless steel or silver plate cutlery, be sure not to forget to complete the collection with all the serving utensils you will need as well. One can never have too many serving spoons. Also, as a standard, seven-piece silverware place setting includes a dessert fork, knife, and spoon, it would be almost silly not to accompany your sets with a good pastry server or two. Many collections offer every serving and eating utensil you could possibly ever need from soup to nuts: from salad servers to cream and sauce ladles, cheese knives to jam spoons, fish forks and knives, and even a proper pickle fork.
