The most common home remedy for yellow teeth whitening is the use of whitening strips. These strips are easy to use and are available at cheap rates. This whitening strip must be fitted over your upper and lower teeth. You have to wear it for 30 minutes to 60 minutes everyday. They are smooth and do not create any trouble for you except while speaking wearing them. After few weeks of time, you will start seeing the results. This procedure is sometimes used jointly with laser bleaching method in the case of severe internal teeth staining. The cost of whitening strips is much less compared to the in-office treatments.
