Ways To Relieve Stress
Feeling a little bit of stress and anxiety? Then use one of the following three ways to relieve stress .
1. Do something you enjoy. When you fully engage in an activity that you enjoy, your mind is too busy for the thoughts that cause stress and anxiety. This might mean golfing for some, or watching a good movie, or playing with your cats.
2. Breath deep. Closing your eyes and breathing deeply for a few minutes is a great stress reliever, and it can be done almost anywhere.
3. Exercise. Doing something strenuous that may meet the criteria of number one above, and so relieve stress immediately. Long term exercise routines have also been shown to lower overall levels of stress.
