Training With Free Weights
I love working out at the gym, but I usually stay on the cardio side. I’ve always been so intimidated by the free weights. A friend of mine suggested that I hire a personal trainer, so that I would get more out of my workouts because cardio is not enough. I ended up finding a guide to no nonsense muscle training online. It was so helpful and gave me the determination to get a trainer and begin my new workout regime. My trainer was so awesome! He showed me how to be successful with free weights, and now I look even better.
