The insomnia Sophia suffers from

My friend Sophia runs a daycare/learning program outside of the city of Victorville. She has been doing this since May of 2000. She has a nice facility and all the parents seem to like her program. Last Tuesday afternoon Sophia called me up on the phone to ask me if if I could help her with a few things around the daycare. She then started telling me about the problems she’s having with insomnia. Periodically Sofia has problems with this disorder. About the only good thing that comes from this is she’s able to get a lot of the paperwork done through the early-morning hours.
