Someone Tell Me What the Best Colon Cleanse is!

All I want to do is take a small step to improve my health and prolong my life by cleansing my colon.  However, I can’t for the life of me choose the best colon cleanse product or procedure to go with because of all the terrible information on the internet.  So many people have so many different opinions and what I am starting to learn is that most people are just calling whatever product they represent the best.  It’s really hard to find any legitimate information about colon cleansing products and which specific ones are worth the money they charge and will do the job.
