Our Team is Able to Win titles Because we Know how to Reduce Pain
I am a coach at our local college and if there is one thing that stops players from performing at their top level, it has to be pain. I can motivate them to want to execute and follow through, but if the soreness is afecting them it shows. I do not care how great of an athlete you are, you have to take care of your of yourself. That is why I tell all of my players to order a bio mat. These mats have helped our team to win victories, when everyone thought we did not have another play in us.
