Optimizing Diet for Building Muscles
When I was walking around in the mall, I came upon a poster about an advertisement. The heading was “How to optimize your diet for building muscles”. The ad really intrigued me. Sometimes, I don’t get the time to go to the gym because of my work as a nurse. The ad said that eating protein, carbohydrates and fats in the right amounts and the correct kind could help in developing strong muscles. The ad also recommended that drinking a lot of milk everyday would be a great help in muscle building because milk essentially has protein, fats and carbohydrates. So now, I’ll make sure that I add milk to my diet.
