Healthy eating is key to finishing a marathon.
My friend in New Zealand just challenged me to run a marathon. I have to say that I am going to take her up on that challenge. I know that the key to be really successful at this sport is good solid healthy eating practices. What a shame that I let myself go for so long. I know I will have to really catch up in order just to finish the race. I know I will not win but my goals is to really finish the race and then see where I can take that sport later on in my life. I used to run all the time and that is what kept me really healthy in my youth and I am so glad I did that.
