Cure the back pain with Exercise for sciatica!
Neck extensors: These muscles help to look upward. They can easily compress the neck joints and cause the gristly sounds in the neck. For these muscles try to bring your chin close to the chest and then place both the hands behind the neck and resist the pulling back of neck. Hold the tension for 6 seconds.
This can also be termed as an Exercise for sciatica because it can also help your lower spine and lower back bone. When you stretch your neck you back muscles also get stretched and this exercise is likely to relieve your pain in the back.
