i need to get  te calories that are goig t hekp support the gains that i want to get annd  that is the thing  that is really important to be sure  that i haev been doing the right thing. i have been making sure thhat i am focusing  on some things that re different and tht re really working pretty good to. that is whaat it is all about to. it is a way that is a trial and error  thing  but it is a thing  that i need to be suure is  happening for me to. it is all about learning and doing. i want an extremely tough workout.
