Restless Leg Syndrome Natural Remedies

Characterised by an uncontrollable urge to move your legs, RLS  is a neurological disorder that affects over twelve million Americans. RLS symptoms usually occur whilst lying in bed at night but it can also flare up in the daytime (during prolonged periods of sitting, for example). RLS patients typically report a feeling of burning, tingling, aching, itching, or tugging deep beneath the skin of their lower legs (and sometimes in the thighs, feet, hands, and arms as well). There are drugs to help alleviate RLS symptoms but I wanted to find some  restless leg syndrome natural remedies so that I wasn’t so reliant on the drug treatment rollercoaster.
