Obesity and Infertility

I am now at the stage of my life where I wanted a family of my own, I may be married but it can not be complete without kids running around the house. My husband and I have been trying since day one of our marriage, it has been 5 years and luck still did not side with us. Upon the work-up that our physician did to us, we found out that the reason my husband can not impregnate me is because his obesity caused him his infertility. I never thought this is possible, I knew fat girls have a hard time getting pregnant but for boys its kind of odd that obesity can cause infertility. Taking chinese herbs for male infertility has been a famous alternative.
