have you been doing the best and the most effective exerciseing that there is and doing them the way that you really need to be doing them too. i make it that way and that is the best that i can do when it is the right time to be doing the exercises that i know that i can do. if you are looking to be sure about the exercises gtghat you are doing ten be sure that they are all proven. that is the thing that is going to really work. lose body fat faster and do it the right way.i like tha too.
