I am looking to lose twenty pounds over the next eight weeks
I am setting my goals a little higher to lose 20 pounds over the next 8 weeks and I am determined and motivated to reach them. I have been feeling ridiculously sluggish over the last year after giving birth to our first child and need to get back to my weight before I had my baby. My pregnancy was great but I was eating late at night, not exercising and my sleep habits were disrupted. I am not breast feeding so my doctor recommended I start taking a few weight loss supplements or fat burners to help jump start my metabolism and give me more energy during the day.
