i am getting it done
make sure that you are really doing the workouts that are going to make it happen the best that i can and do the exercises that ar e heavy and will make it all happen the ebst that i can, when i am in the gym i want to make sure that i am getting the workout that i really want to get. it is the way that i have been doing it and it is what i have to be sure that i am doing to. high intensity weight training is the thing that i need to be doing. i have been making it happen to.
