He Got Amazing Abs

I wonder why my friend Kevin has now a good looking abs when I haven’t saw him or hear him talking about exercise or going to the gym. All I know is that he is the type of person who is a home buddy and has no interest on playing outside that could enhance his masculine stomach. He broke up with his girlfriend because he was betrayed by his workmate, who got an awesome abs. Kevin began to stuck at home and already interested in cooking. As days passed, I observed that he got an awesome and amazing abs that I could almost fall for him. I asked him where he got his best abs workout because he is so amazing with his new body.  He just told me that proper nutrition with exercise can help you gain the best flat abs.
