Excited About my First Class
After doing a lot of searching and getting recommendations, I decided to take a new fitness class. I have always loved being active but I recently suffered an injury that prevents me from doing many strenuous moves. A friend recommended greenville pilates to help me improve my flexibility and build up my core muscles. I am happy there is no running or jumping involved. I did not want to cause harm to my already injured joint. I start my first class in a few days and I am very excited about trying something new. I found a beginners class so I can really learn the moves.
