Back pain hiding in the lower areas
There are some things that you can’t hide. I have this shooting pain up and down my lower back and it bothers me so much. I tried warm compresses, cold compresses, spicy ointments, nothing works! I don’t wanna hurt my kidneys and liver by taking so much pain meds so I kept it organic. I read online a blurb about Chiropractors and decided to give it a try. They were able to locate the source of the pain. A doctor put sharp pressure on it. It was painful at first but then it’s like I’ve been suddenly released and set free from the pain.
