Time to consider fruit and veg wholesalers that deliver?

After going to the markets twice a week for several weeks it just seemed like it was taking up too much of my time. I could justify it from the point of view that we would always have the freshest ingredients but I couldn’t really justify it from the point of view that it was taking up too much of my time. I discussed the options with my manager and he suggested that we should look at fruit and veg wholesalers that deliver. It would certainly be an advantage to be able to have all our herbs, fruit and vegetables delivered. As long as the goods were good quality at a reasonable price then this would be of significant help to the overall business operations.
