Sanchez is not the only beneficiary of Hope International’s aid. Greer talks more about the people they have helped in his new book entitled The Poor Will be Glad: Join the Revolution to Lift the World Out of Poverty.
Greer said that he is hoping that his readers will leave with a better understanding of those who are experiencing and are trapped in poverty. He added that those people are oftentimes under-estimated. Thus, Hope International is finding a way to transform their mindsets.
He said that some people say that what they are offering is banking for those who do not have access to bank services. That is true because what Hope International is offering is a place for individuals to keep their money and the chance to take out a bad credit.
