Ascertaining the cause of your internet problems.
Computer problems are generally the problems we experience in case our softwares or hardwares are not functioning well. Understanding out hardwares and softwares well can help minimize computer problems because you will be giving the best treatment to them and this will make them work as they are expected to. Since Job connected his computer to an internet source for instance, he has always had issues with his computer. This is because he does not understand the internet source well or his browser. When he told me about the problems he was having, I had to establish whether it was a problem with browser or problem with internet. First of all, his connection to the internet was extremely very low and sometimes he could not even connect at all. I asked what version of the browser he was using and it was up to date. Then the browser was fine because it was up to date and an updated browser worked fine unless he had a problem with the internet he was using. I checked his internet connection and it was connected well. We even disconnected and reconnected it again to make sure it was fine. With the internet source left out, we decided to contact the provider. Apparently, the problem was on their side. They were experiencing some problems and so many users of the same internet were having a similar issue. Whenever we encounter internet problems, its always good to be sure that the problem is not on our side before contacting our service provider because if the problem is our browsers or our internet connection, we will have contacted our provider in vain and we will not receive the help we need.
