All the info you have can’t help you

Why is it that when you need help like yesterday, something always comes against you? What am I talking about? There was a time I needed to make this urgent email to a client and was desperate to get a reply immediately. I hoped that he would give me the necessary details I wanted only to come to the realization that my Motorola phone had jammed and could not send any emails. There was no way I could get to a computer and resend the mail and so I decided to get help from the Motorola helpline. The phone rang for ages before a grumpy voice picked up on the other side. My queries were met with some few nonchalant responses before I was given instructions that would allegedly get me off the dilemma I was in. It did not work as I had expected. Instead the problem persisted until the time duration for the information was past. By this time I was raging mad, why did I waste my time calling a helpline that could not give me assistance? I had lost a perfect deal and trying to explain to the client the little mishap was not going to elicit a smile. I vowed to read Motorola help from the internet to get information on what to do. All that I got was a commentary on there being an internet problem that required me to visit the service providers. What if I was in the desert, would I take a plane back just to sort out one little mess that refused to go away? From then on I learnt a very important lesson always have a back up plan.
