Pymes is the Spanish word for SMEs. What are SMEs you ask? SMEs, or pymes, are small and medium enterprises. There are many organizations dedicated to aiding the growth and development of small and medium enterprises, or businesses.
The reason this is such an important area of focus for many organizations is because of the impact that small and medium sized companies have on the economy. The fact is that the majority of businesses in most economies are small and medium sized enterprises. This means that they are very important and should be the main focus of development to those in charge.
