Non-Profit Group Receives Donation of Conference Tables
I am helping to set up an office for a local non-profit group that assists people who are facing foreclosure on their homes. We don’t have much in the way of funds for furnishing the office, so we have been accepting donations of used office furniture and equipment. Just today we received two conference tables from a local attorney and a monetary donation toward the purchase of a computer. People from the community have been extremely helpful and we are so grateful. We hope to have the office up and running by the first of the month. There have been inquires already about the service we are going to offer because of the large number of people in this area who are experiencing financial difficulties. My hope is that we will be able to assist them in any way we can.
