No Work in Accounting School?
Someone told me that I should go to a business college, enroll in accounting school and just coast along until I get my degree. So, I tried just that, coasting, I mean. Well, I don’t know who that worked for, but it wasn’t me. Those teachers worked me to death. Read this, balance that, make that journal entry, explain why it doesn’t balance. There was no time for coasting, I can promise you that. But, it’s the most interesting work I’ve come across in a long time. So many ways an accountant can be employed, and so many industries that need us.
