A Quality Business Transaction

I am a personal banker at a very reputable bank, and I interact with customers who have accounts valued in the millions invested with us. Whenever I handle a transaction with one of my clients, I make sure that the whole experience is of high quality, right down to the Pens that I use. If I am asking a client to sign a savings certificate worth millions, I don’t want to hand them a drugstore pen to sign their name with. I also make sure that they have one of my business cards with my direct line and cell phone number so that I can be reached at any time.
